Delivery & Returns Policy

Nationwide Delivery

Pre Infinity Solutions delivers computers, electronics, and accessories anywhere in South Africa — to
residential and business addresses (no P.O. Boxes).

Our standard delivery time is 5–7 working days. Delays may occur due to courier or supplier
issues, but we’ll always communicate updates until your order arrives.

If your order includes multiple items, you might receive split deliveries. You’ll pay only
one delivery fee even if your items arrive in separate packages.

Receiving Your Delivery

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Make sure someone is available to accept and sign for your order.
  • The courier will request a signature as proof of delivery.

If no one is available:

  1. The parcel will be returned to the depot.
  2. The courier will contact you to reschedule.
  3. After a second failed attempt, an additional delivery fee may apply.

Note: We use trusted third‑party couriers. We are not liable for delays or damages caused by their
handling once the order leaves our warehouse.

Please inspect your goods before signing. If anything looks damaged, note it on the delivery slip and reject the delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Software or license keys once activated
  • Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repair
  • Clearance or sale items

with your order number and product details. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and
instructions for a safe return.

Important: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Options

1) In‑Store Returns

Small and medium items can be returned to any Pre Infinity Solutions store for a refund or exchange. Bring the
item, original packaging, and proof of purchase.

2) Courier Collection

Prefer courier pickup? Email in**@*********************co.za with:

  • Subject: Return Request – [Your Order #]
  • Four clear photos showing the product and packaging

Large products (e.g., desktops, printers, monitors) follow the same process — we’ll arrange a scheduled collection.

Order Cancellation or Change of Mind

Changed your mind? You can return your order within 7 days of receiving it. Products must be
unused, sealed, and in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. All returns are
subject to inspection before approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, call our Online Support Centre at
072 128 7255. We’ll collect and replace your item as quickly as possible.

If your order included a free or promotional bundle, all related items must be returned together.

6‑Month Warranty Policy

All our products are covered by a 6‑month warranty under the Consumer Protection Act. If your product is
defective, unsafe, or fails under normal use, we will repair, replace, or refund your purchase after a
technical inspection where necessary.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Damage from power surges, lightning, or misuse
  • Tampering or unauthorized repair
  • Insect damage (e.g., cockroaches)
  • Commercial use of products designed for home use
  • Ignoring manufacturer instructions or safety warnings

After the Manufacturer’s Warranty

If your warranty period has expired, we can still assist. We’ll send your product for a paid repair, provide a
quote within 10 working days, and may charge a reasonable assessment fee if the repair is declined.

All post‑warranty repair costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Repair Turnaround Times

Repairs under manufacturer warranty are completed within 30 working days from receipt. If repairs take longer, we’ll
replace the item with a similar product or offer a refund (excluding extended warranties, if applicable).

Additional Information

  • All online orders must be paid in full before delivery.
  • Cash on Delivery is not available.
  • Delivery fees are calculated and charged during checkout.
